i emcountered something strange in ign.com although impossible
its said that ps2 version of the game comes out in novemeber 2007 while the ps3 version is february 2008 here is the link:

It is possible, although very unlikely. It's probably a mistake.
Should it get bad reviews for the first released version then the new one would get less interest. They probably wouldn't risk that.
IGN usually states release dates, but more than half are usually incorrect, if a specific release date hasn't been announced. And in the current case with The Force Unleashed, now specific date has been set other than February 2008.
November 30, 2007. Amazon have this (wrong) date listed even. Oh then again they have listed a (PC version) as seen on the other thread. Mayne there WILL be a PC version. But if anything it would be released no sooner than the weaker console, like that PS2.

I think we should just wait for Lucasarts to tell us the exact release date. :)
Yeah, let the developers release the game when it is finished (and hopefully when theyve ironed out any bugs/glitches).
I would rather wait a few months more than LucasArts pulling another Kotor2/TSL and force the release of an unfinished product.
