hello 'm new to the site and new to modding, this is actually my first post

i downloaded Microsoft.NET Framework and when i go to the kotor tool link it wont download, theres nothing there to click to make it download

i went here http://kotortool.starwarsknights.com/) and couldn't find it there or in the downloads section, what am i doing wrong? does anyone have kotor tools up on rapidshare or any other alternative to downloading it other than from that site, please help
