Yay!! Forums back on track -- let the posting commence! Still creeping ahead with different aspects of modding. This is a pretty simple reskin/recoloring of the PFHA02 head (recognizable as Jana Lorso in TSL), with two "subtle" dark-side transitions (nod to Flashblade for his great TSL subtle transitions mod (
http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=146068) which is a perma-fixture in my TSL override). No portraits.
This is the skin I modded to represent my avatar, Nema Suneimi. I tried my hand at inserting tattoos on her temples (hard to get the pattern symmetrical at that angle on the face), reshaped her eyebrows slightly, gave her brown eyes, added some more makeup, and colored her hair clips. I also gave her a subtle dark-side transition, using two changes rather than the usual four.
One thing that irritated me about the usual transitions is the simple desaturation of all colors in the skin, including the makeup, hair decor, and even the black of the pupils -- in my transitions, I've retained the colored hairclips, much of the makeup, and darkened the pupils a bit. Just because you're a dark-sider doesn't mean you have to give up the glamour!
Provided with the mod are two screenshots showing the neutral/light skin and its two dark-side transitions, in frontview and profile; also a screenshot showing some of the original skins at the same alignment levels.
