Called today to check on the CPU & fan & they are being replaced, but they said still a couple weeks before they reach me! ACK! I'm going insane without my computer. My roommate's computer is completely screwy too, so I can't even use it to post, check e-mail, or anything else. It works only on some web pages, and sometimes you have to reload stuff & I don't know what the hell is wrong with it. But I went to the trouble of reformatting, backing up a ton of files for him, and trying to reinstall drivers & fix the problem... but it's still doing the same thing after all that.

i took my Athlon machine off seti this morning. since i upgraded to WinMe, it's been giving me problems with my dialup networking. i often find my seti client idle. Oh well...
Surely uncle bill hasn't released a product with nasty bugs in it. That's the bleeding edge for you.

I ahve to use my computer alot when I do homework and study so I turn SETI off, and Ace, if I had and extra $500 (i.e. If I didn't have a girlfriend) I would have an 750 coppermine and a new 4x agp mobo, and another 64 MB's of ram, then I would show you and your 'Athlon' crap!
