Ok I've been searching through countless tutorials and I'm close to just giving up. Everytime I try to edit an item or click on anything I keep getting "unhandled exception" errors that I have no way of getting passed.

Can someone please tell me how I can fix this?

Do you have .NET Framework installed?

Also, are you using the latest version of KT (http://kotortool.starwarsknights.com/)?) I *think* in Fred's latest version, he stated that KT preferred (possibly requires) version 2 of .NET

http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/)

Yes I downloaded the framework file from the link in the readme, but I did it after I installed KT. Would re-installing do anything?

Well if KT opens fine ms framework is definitely not the problem. An error report may help. Btw, which item are you trying to edit? What are you trying to do?

I'm getting similar errors very often in KotorTool as well, however if I click the "Continue" button in the error popup window and try again it usually works after a few retries. Don't know what the problem is, but it has been like that in all KotorTool versions I have used.

Well I re-installed KT and it seems to work now (editing robes, blasters etc) and now I'm getting the same problem as stoffe.

Also does anyone know how I can get the console to work in-game? (`) isn't working and I enabled the cheats in the ini file...

the console is working... if you're referring the TSL, as I remember though, the console in TSL is invisible, lol, someone made an armband mod to get around that, but I can't remember who... I think it was Redhawke, but I dunno :(

Yup. There's Defender's Wrist Console (1.9) (http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=150020)

and my Hak Pad (http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=149446) mod.. both of which are compatible with each other :)
