a good proportion of games has bugs in it, sometimes it may be unbalanced civ issues that are to be rectified by mods/expansion sets. this game will probably have a few, but not enough to affect gameplay......

i once ordered a axman into a transport right in front of him on an island map and he traveled to the island on the other side of the map, walking across water, going through trees, he became so transparent, he never got hurt when 50+ enemy units were attacking it. THERE'S A BUG!!!

OK..thats a bug..my point is "I can't start the game it crashes"
or.." all i see is a black screen'
or " my video card has the latest drivers still can't play the game"
or "sound is all stuttering"
or "Game crashes when i alt-tab-del"

This game won't..i hope ...have them kind of problems..now that being said..All PC games on release have some problems..but AOK games seem to me to be the most stable..

end of rant...

this game is supposed to have a robust multiplayer scheme, which should be one of its strong points.......

I wish I wouldn't but I'll have that rank too. I guess when I get it I'll have to post nonsense to get past Ewok. That might be a little hard though :D

Better yet, Kvan, post meaningful stuff so these forums will be worth the time of others..
:D

Jay, you might want to ask Garry Gaber about where it's made. He's probably checking these forums too...

I rest easy thinking he'll pop in quite frequently once the game is released, if only to see what we think of it and how he can make improvements.
Maybe the moderators will be able to play the game before that time as well, so we can hear them out.

Gaber's only posted once, and it was a welcome. I'm sure he reads the forums and takes some things into accounts, but he obviously hasn't posted much yet.

1. Gaber's last post there was before the start of this forums

2. These Forums aren't official ...

LEC isn't exactly like Ensemble. Ensemble Studios guys can be found on the boards of Heavengames quite a lot. Not only reading the post, but replying to stuff too.

It's not that important to me if mr. Gabber or any other LEC guy post here. I'll be quitte happy if they read what I type here tough :)

Well, what more can you expect i guess.

Anyways, this guy from Big Ape came to JK.net and he let us ask him all kinds of questions about the problems and things about TPM. It was great, i hope we can get a guy like that here.

...and I think that will be Garry Gaber.
Unless Lucasarts start their own forum (and i somehow doubt they will), this will be their sounding board.

Maybe we can mail Gaber and ask him if he would be willing to work on a question-answer session once the game has hit Beta-stage.

You could always ask, not that the will say yes right away. Maybe after the work is done he will have more time to come here.
