Hi, everybody! First time poster, long time enjoyer of The Most Excellent Game Psychonauts. I was curious as to what happened to those extremely entertaining character blogs that were written some time ago by Tim in a moment of writer's block (so the story I read goes). Are they still available anywhere?

Last I heard, someone had saved Raz's profile thing.
I also thought the story went:
Tim was having a hard time figuring out who would be with who, so he put what everyone acted like on a dating site, to see who ended up with who.
But I have been known to change storys as I read them as to what I understand.

I never read any of them. I found out about Psychonauts 2 months after it's release.

Forgive me for dredging up a somewhat old topic, but I felt like adding my own comments on the characters' blogs after reading them, since not much else is going on on this board.
- According to Raz's profile, he's from Lithuania. Odd; he sounds American to me - and so does his dad, for that matter. Hm.
- (Crystal, in a comment on Chloe's page) "God f***ing damnit!" HEY! Schafer, could you have eased off on the extreme curses? "That s will f you straight up" and "shiznit" are okay, if borderline, but actual obscenities are going a bit too far, if you ask me. Were you going for a T or an M rating when developing Psychonauts?
- According to Benny's profile, he loves musicals. Kind of a pity they didn't incorporate this trait of his into his dialogue in the game, since it would make him more than just a standard moronic bully's lackey. Of course they wouldn't have had him actually break into a Broadway number at some point, since they'd have to get the publishing rights to the song, and the game already had enough production problems. :p
- Is it me, or does Elton have "future closet gay" written all over him, from his description of himself on his page? He didn't get to see his dad much, then his dad died, then "I was raised by my mom in a big hotel just for ladies." Of course we all know he actually is straight, considering his affection for Milka and his initial affection for Lili.
I must say, these profiles, Elton's especially, show that Schafer put a LOT of thought into developing his characters' backstories. They REALLY make me want to see more of these characters, if not in a Psychonauts sequel, perhaps a cartoon or comic book series.
