For me, The Seeker of Truth, or The Seeker is a pivotal and ancient occupation created in the Sword of Truth Series by Terry Goodkind. Awesome books. Awesome character. So I felt compelled. Got Tie from some sci-fi movie, forgot what it was called, heard it sucked a lot, but I liked the name. The number 23 was just the first number that was accepted when signing up, and I chose 23 cause it had a sort of ring to it.
My brother made up a character based off of the IG-88 story called IG-64.

What is the forumula to one of the worst usernames I have ever come up with, you ask? Darth + Last name. I know, it's stupid, but it's stuck now so I don't want to change it.
My name is Robert. (Some people call me Bob)
My highschool's Mascot was the Lions and my football jersey was 54. Thus the name was born years ago when we had AOL. Its my official internet name. So if you see it anywhere, its probably me.
My earliest username was Violence, which I took up when I was nine. My sister described me as violent once andI just liked the word from then. I took it up and used it everywhere.
Sabretooth was my favourite dude from the X-Men and I remember the episode "The Cauldron Part 2" from X-Men: Evolution. Sabretooth enters some cool machine and comes out evolved and cool. He has the extended canines and all and looked pretty cool. I grew inspired and I made up a fictional character - Sabretou - son of Sabretooth (very stupid, I know, but it's a foolproof name to get an email address). I tried Sabretooth here, else I would have gone for Sabretou. Sabretooth worked, so I stuck with it. It worked so well, I made it my primary username and destroyed Violence. By the middle of 2004, everybody started calling me Sabre.
Mine was created by some friends of mine back in 1993, after a weekend of binge drinking while watching back to back trilogies of The Evil Dead and Star Wars.

Well, I've used this name for everything online since 1999, so you might know me from a number of places.
in 8th grade I had Advanced Band 2nd period and Algebra 3rd period (ah those were the days), and one day we needed bongos in one song, and I was the only person who had played bongos before, so I voluntereed. The next period we got this chick (who later became one of my best friends that year) transferred into the class. She said "Hey, you were the dude playin the bongos! I don't know your name, and I don't care, so I'll call you BongoBob!" And the name just stuck from there :)
