I realize that it has been already asked but I don't understand any of the jargon. Could you tell me what to do when I enter the game but 2 tabs appear with one that says FATAL? Also, could you tell me in laymen term what to do to fix this problem?

The version I have is also store bought, brand new. I just installed it and have done nothing with it except installing it.
