what i dislike is the fact that you can only get one award of each per life. i mean i would be getting 3-5 war heros per battle minimun. i think it should be for ever time you meet the requirements you should get the award instead of getting it then having to die.

So you want to go into a vehicle, mow down 50+ bots and then go out, increbly overpowered and slaughter everyone? With two gaurdian and two war hero you would almost be invicible.

I can kind of see your point, how annoying is it to have to die again and again just to earn some medals, but I also get Darth Alecs point, some people could use cheap tactics to really boost their score.

I say make the requirements harder for each medal you have to earn, you gotta earn say 6 kills with a pistol to get the "gunslinger" award, then if you want to earn it again you must get 12 kills with a pistol, then 24 then 48, and so on, this way it's actually a challenge to earn numerous medals. And bonus's don't stack either, you get one damage increase from war hero, if you manage to earn it again you get another "war hero" medal, but no damage increase, it's a one time only thing.

no you would have the same amount of the award bonus as before. think of it this way. every time you get it, it would replace the old one. so you dont become anymore powerful then you were 2 seconds ago. you just get the credit.

Oddly enough, when legendary for the elite weapons, it's only then will you be able to stack the award (on top of the fact you've got it alread).l

It would be so easy to get the Demolitions title (the one with the rocket launcher) over and over, since after you earn it once you could just sit by an ammo droid and fire guided rocket after guided rocket hitting vehicle critical hit points easily

never used the guided rocket one... but if they did it this way then they would have to increase the number of times you have to do something to gett he award.

Why not use the guided rocket? It's powerful, and that's why it's hard to control.

Well, guided ive you extra weapon instead of replacing it while swapping. And extra weapon is all good. So you can camp away from the obvious ammo droid.

BTW, can you change back to the normal rocket launcher after gaining the elite one?

I don't even have the demolition award yet. Now, that I know the aquisition you get is the guided rocket....I could care less about it. But, I'll still try to get the award.

Question about the guided rocket: If you lock on the the vehicle with the guided rocket will it follow it were every it goes until it hits it?

You can't with any other award weapon, so I am guessing you can't with the guided rocket.

Yes, although the Demolitions Award is next impossible to get. I mainly wish for an option to turn them off in SP.

Demolition award is the EXCEPTION of the rule. WHen you get guided rocket you get BOTH guided rocket and NORMAL ROCKETS!!!

Thats why its cool, its like an extra shooting option/ammo.

Also, as long as you don't switch weapon, you can still use the un-elite weapons, except pistols. So unless you sometimes switch for pistols elite weapon is not that much of a problem.

Well, except maybe for engineers, but then again, elite shotgun is one of the few that is definitely better than the regular one.

Elite Rifle: Good for long and mid range. Short range is good with skills, but can't mass headshot spam.

Elite Sniper: Technically it is way better. That is, if they fix the bug.

Elite Pistol: Definitely better gun, but have ammo. So you can't camp forever. :(

I believe the guided rocket is the same as the rocket the Imperial bomber gets. You control the guided rocket after you fire it. It doesn't lockon to anything, but you can fly it into where ever you want.

Agreed. The guided rocket...personally...I find much too fast to control. I use don't even have time to move it around 'cause I usually press the analog stick down and it explodes before I can aim it at an enemy.

Ive played as Chewbacca with the Guided rocket. I think you can slow it down just like a fighter, I've tried that. It works to take out turrets.

I've been working with the Imperial bomber's guided rocket. It can do tricks and a loop just like other fighters. I haven't been able to hit much though. To pratice, you can try blowing your self up with it. Launch the rocket, boost and do a loop, now try to hit yourself.

I should probably practice with it more as well, so far I haven't been able to hit anything, not even turrets I always miss by a hair, also I find it annoying to be killed while your driving the rocket, all in all it's a neat idea but I find homing rockets more useful, mostly because I'm a merely mediocre pilot.

Galactic Conquest is a lot of fun. Story mode does get a bit repetitive, but it has nice presentation, rubbish ending and worse level.

Guided missiles are EVIL! You can actualy boost with them. Also, consider firing them like Tomahawks or Redeemer missiles. Stand next to Gonk MILES away from the target, fire up, then over and down.

I found the campaign pretty fun, much better then the first one. Some of the levels got kind of hairy at times, like defending the beach head on Kashyyyk, man Ive had more fun on the campaign mode of that level then playing it anywhere else. Some of the levels were a bit stale, most notably Hoth, but for the most part I at least found it fun, it's no competition to online gaming of course, and nothing beats playing with a friend you actually know, just wish I had an X-box or PS2...
