Hi guys!

I have a little (i hope thats a little) problem with the mip-mapping function in xwa. when i turn it to normal or high the framerate during the game is very bad.

my hardware: Thunderbird 800, 256 mb sdram, gforce2 gts 32 mb ddram, win me, directx 8, latest hardware drivers!!

i donґt understand this effect, cause my hardware is very new.

is xwa to old to support the mip-mapping function optimal??

pleas reply!

many thx... and may the force be with you!!!

I am not an Editor, so i wouldn't know about this. There have been problems with MIP mapping with newr cards. Jsut turn it off. and it will be fine

besides, i dont think the TG OPTs support it.

again, i am not 100% sure on this

MIP-mapping is necessary only for cards with a small size of a video memory (<8Mb). For thy card MIP-mapping should be switched - off!!!
