I have been thinking about lightsabers and realized that red just doesn't fit a sith lord. So, I came up with an idea: a black saber. All that needs to be made is a black crystal and somewhere in the game you find it. (I hate using the cheats) The hard part is that there is no light in the lightsaber; it's more of a firey black aura around a black energy beam. If anyone would be willing to do this, you are my idol!
I think the darksaber is like what you describe...

Well, not really. The darksaber mod has a blue outline. This one should have a black fire surounding it.
There have been quite a few black sabers floating around. Have you done a search at PCGamemods.com? While you are there, I would encourage you to check out the "blacklight" saber that is included in my Heart of the Force saber mod. :D

Try reinstalling it. It should be there. I just wiped out my Override folder 2 days ago to start over and I reinstalled this mod from the file I uploaded to PCGamemods, and it works fine.
Okay, now it works. BUT! Your blade is purple with a white core. I'm saying a pure black blade with a semi clear 'smoke' aura around it. Sorta like DBZ.

It should be kinda magenta with a blue glow around it. I know what you are saying about getting a black blade, but I wanted you to try my "Blacklight" blade on for size. I think that oldflash would be the one to ask about your mod request. He does a great job with animated textures and it sounds to me that your saber idea needs one to be fully effective. Send him a PM if he doesn't see this thread soon enough for you.
