Are there any mods out there give you a head type with short hair and a padawan braid like Obi Wan Kenobi in episode 1 or Anakin Skywalker from episode 2? I remember there was mod, but I couldn't find it.

I looked around a little bit couldent seem to find one =/. Im sure someone could make it although the braid might be a bit of a pain.

It wouldn't be nearly so hard if we could model from scratch, but eh, can't have it all.

Well you could take one of the Caucasian male heads and model a padawan braid onto it.

No, we can't, because the current tool limits only allow us to move vertices, not add more or remove any. We can only reshape heads, not model them.

So, I guess that means no.

For the moment.

Why don't you just make a "mask" that is simply a braid that is placed in the desired location? This would unfortunately take up the head slot, but you wouldn't have to worry as much about animations.

Yeah, I thought about that as well. You could do that with the short little "clump" of hair the padawans have in the back, but as far as the braid that hangs down on the shoulder, it would be static and just clip through the shoulder, unless you want a very short and very hair-sprayed model.

if you want a female one the handmaiden's head has one or two of those braids on it
