I'm searching for a mod that makes it possible to play as the republic and cis on Hoth or Endor, and The Empire and the Rebels on Geonosis etc.

I am actually in the process of making a mod that fits your description. It's a modded version of the Hoth lvl that is an expanded version of the original and also has a playable cis side. It's called [SBF] Hoth: Echo Base.

You can also use SWBF Mod Tools to make such a mod... ;)
