99. I just can't find the last figments or beat Coach Oliander's target practice.

It is actually possible...get 100% completion, and you'll get to rank 100. But if you beat Oleander's target practice again after the first time through, and he'll reward you with an extra rank, if I'm remembering right...anyway, combine that with 100% completion and and you get rank 101.
Anyway, I never could beat it the second time through, so I've only made it as far as rank 100, and that's on my third time through the game.
I got to 35...or 40 or something. :( I had to rush through the game since it was rented and I didn't get a chance to really upgrade too much or do anything extra. My only concern at the time was finishing it.
I just obtained rank 101 without cheating. It actually wasn't to hard to beat Oleander's target practice. Unfortunately it doesn't give you anything but an overwhelming feeling of pride.
first part of the meat circus and I think I'm on level 97, but I'm missing about 4 figments in Black Velvetopia, one in Fred Bonapart's head and I think, I'm missing a brain.
