I just started with a brand new map, folowing some suggestions from my Battlefrot friends,

I love the textures. It looks like an old Rebel Base. I think you should put more bridges spaced apart. Also, put some combat speeders or swoops. Finally, Put boundrais, I walked a long time. At jeast Put in an X-WING or Tie.

put more bridges, i cannot tell you how many bots i killed with an orbital strike on that.

Also making the canyon wider would be good. The Republic and imperials have a slight edge on this map due to the fact that they can make a nice leap over that canyon leaving the other faction trying to make it to the other side of the bridge.

Thanx for replys guys. I will see what I can do. I made this for my bettlefield friends and what they say I will incorporate. I will tell them about your suggestions....

I know one thing for sure, they specificly do not want any vehicles...

I am in progress in making a brand new map: much bigger, with vehicles, more spawn points etc....

Sounds cool. If I had any skill I would do some stuff like this but I just finished downloading the program and man its hard. Nice map. I like the Empire spawning place. Very Unique. Keep up the good work.

New: Some small improvements, bridges are now much wider, cliffs closer and some other suggestions included except vehicles (I am sorry but this map is a gift to my friends and they are in charge of what goes on it)

It's not like you can't make a second version with vehicles. Give your friends the one without vehicles, and make one that has them.

Why vehicles are so important. I did not design the map with vehicles in mind. What vehicles are you talking about? Hovers would kill everyone on the bridge? Anyhow, give me more info and we will see...

I think this map's too small to effectively put vehicles in without compromising the troop aspect. In otherwords, vehicles in the map would greatly overwhelm infantry.

Well it is designed as pickup and play amp, and for use without vehicles. I am sure some other people will make bigger dantooine maps in the future...

I really don't care about the vehicles, lol. I was just trying to hlep out those who did.


The only vehicles I think would be effective would be speederbikes.

I do not know if it is possible. If it is just a matter of convestion, then why not. Why don't you check around and see if people make these maps for PS2 also.
