Took some pictures of the Imperator-Class Mk I Star Destroyer you can try and destroy in deep space if you're a rebel.

Keep in mind my fighter is, I guess, about 12 meters in lenght, about the same size as an X-Wing, maybe abit longer.

Trash Ejection Chute:

Image 2 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011560)
This is where the trash is ejected out from the back of an ISD.

Rear View (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011561)

Command Tower:

Stern Turbolaser Cannon Turret (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011562)
This is the top-aft Turbolaser Cannon Turret, situated right between the targeting array (starboard side of my fighter) and the end of the command tower (port side of my fighter).

Top View (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011563)
Top forward view from right above the command tower.

Command Tower (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011564)
Frontal view of the immense command tower, with the bridge in the center.

Close-Up of Bridge 1 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011565)
Here's a close-up view of the bridge on an ISD. Can't come any closer than that without crashing thru the windows. :p

Close-Up of Bridge 2 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011566)
Another close-up view. Notice the starboard side Dual Barreled Heavy Ion Cannon Turret in the left lower corner of the picture. :)

Close-up 3 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011567)
Yet another view, but from a different angle.

Big Guns:

Big Guns (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011568)
Alright, let's stop beating around the bush and head for the big guns. :) There's an identical row of heavy guns on the other side.
From the left:
* 1 Dual Barreled Heavy Ion Cannon Turret
* 3 Dual Barreled Heavy Turbolaser Cannon Turrets.

Heavy Turbolaser Cannon 1 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011569)
My ship parked just below the mighty barrels.

Heavy Turbolaser Cannon 2 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011570)
Look at the size of that thing!
The barrel looks about a meter in diameter. :)
I wouldn't want to get hit by that thing. :D

Heavy Turbolaser Cannon 3 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011571)
And there are 2 more plus a Heavy Ion Cannon Turret further back (plus the battery on the other side). :)

Heavy Turbolaser Cannon 4 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011578)
My fighter situated right ontop of one of the heavy guns. It's bigger than my ship. :)

Main Docking Bay:

Inside the main docking bay. Fighter is pointing forwards. What you see behind it is the docking control bridge/tower (row of windows) and the main hangar bay (doors closed) below it.

Forward view of the main docking bay.

Hot Pursuit:

HEEELP!!!! (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011581)
I've got an ISD up my tailpipe!

You're gonna attack them?!?! (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011589)
Sir, the chances of surviving a direct assault on an Imperial star destroyer is ...

Shut up!!!

Brim Trench:

Brim Trench 1 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011590)
Closing in on the starboard side brim trench.

Brim Trench 2 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011591)
Still closing in on the trench.

Almost there (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011592)

Al ... most ... there .... (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011593)

Fire away!!! (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011594)
Oh wait, wrong trench. :D

Different Pictures:
Starboard Windows 1 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011599)
Couple of window ports somewhere on the Star Destroyer.

Starboard Windows 2 (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011600)
Different view of the same 2 window ports.

Below Main Central Engine (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011602)
My fighter parked below the main central engine.
No, I swear.

Engines (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011603)
See, I told you I was parked below it. ;)

Familiar Setting (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011604)
Look familiar to you?
No?

Would you say it's scaled fairly accurately?

It's huge, but no. It's still too small I think, which this (http://www.swgscreenshots.com/photo/?p011809) picture illustrates (though not very well, you'll have to take my word on it :P ).
My 12 m long fighter can barelly fit into the secondary docking bay. The Lambda shuttle is, what, twice as long? Atleast. :)

But that's nothing new from any of the previous space sims either. :p

So I didn't have high hopes this game would get the scale right either. :D

That being said though, it could just be a miss scaling of the docking bay(s). Haven't taken measurements of the full lenght of the star destroyer.

In the Deep Space battleground.

I tried to go there now to try and measure it, but it was gone. Destroyed by the rebels .... I guess.

Awsome screen shots!

That looks plenty big to me, even if it isn't scaled right...

Well, I'm not going to say 100% for sure that they didn't get the ship to scale, but I definatly can say the secondary (smallest) docking bay isn't large enough to fit a Lambda-Class shuttle in it, which is evident it would from the movies. :)

Most likely, this is the game that got the closest match to the correct scale of all previous SW space sims. :)

It definatly is the most detailed. :D

Alot of work went into that thing, and the attention to detail is amazing. :)

Say, having a SD out there is great, and I'm sure the rebs love blowing it up over and over (and over) again, but where's the calamari cruiser us imps should get to blow up, eh?

No, we get to blow up the rebel space station in the same area. :D

Ah. Well, I suppose that will do. Even if we're restroying a less-recognisable target, it's a small measure of payback for the Death Star.

Hm, maybe it'll be worth getting a TIE Bomber after all.

In every system and space area as far as I know. :)

This particular space station in deep space, the Imperials mission is to destroy it. I guess that's what the ISD is there for. :)

Probabley. It probabley takes a whole fleet of Star Destroyers to destroy a Space STation though.

That is sweet looking.
But I would say the scale is at least a third the actual size it should be.
But that looks wicked. Makes me almost wanna drop Battlefront and go back to Galaxies and try that out...hmmm.
