My favorite character not in the movies is Jaina Solo, then Thrawn, then Ulec and Exar Kun tied :D

Too many choices, too many choices! Rather than write a book about who I like, I'll just stick with Corran overall, and Thrawn of my choices.

Not specifically about her, but she at least makes an appearance in most of the ones after Heir to the Empire.
