It'd be cool if on the left where the files are, the files are highlighted if there are new posts since your last visit. It'd be easier to look to see if there's anything new. I know we already have lightbulbs, but the brighter, or open, or whatever files you want is cooler.

This suggestion would have to go to the creators of the UBB .... So it seems.

Absolutly Kint. we can't do jack about this, but I'm sure if you write yer self (as we moderators are bogged with paper work http://www.roguesquadron.net/forums/biggrin.gif) I'm sure they'd consider it.

are you talking about the topics or the forums?

if you go to preferences and store your username and password for a year, you should be able to see which topics have new posts.

Hey that's not a bad idea; the UBB is written in PERL I believe. I dunno if the source code is freely available, though ...

And so the conversation is led into dead silence. http://www.roguesquadron.net/forums/biggrin.gif)

I mean on the individual threads. It can't be that hard; on all the other forums I've been to with UBB message boards they have that, I think they even have it at XWA.net forums. We don't have to do anything to the creators of UBB.
