i can't see the main menu background and the movie cutscenes :confused:

any one knows how to fix this?

i have a Pentium IV 2.0 ghz, Geforce 4 mx 460, 512 ram

i have the same problem, black menu background, black cutscenes (just sound)...

P4 2.2, gf4 mx 440, 512 ram

not really. Had a mx 420 (weakest in that series) for a long time and was ok.

you both got the latest nforce drivers?

I have the same problem as the other guys but am too scared to download the NVidia drivers in case they make the visuals bad. What shall I do?

try the latest detonator drivers...if that doesnt work, try some of the older detonator drivers from the archive.

Try using the Forceware 66.32 drivers from guru3d.com They work wonders with the new games that require DirectX 9.0b or better

I have the same graphics card and had the same problem all u need to do is download the new driver version 61.77 and every thing works, background animations at title screen and movies inbetween single player missions. i haven't found any new problems.

Thanks for the advice. I just downloaded the driver above, and everything works fine. I can now fully appriciate this problem riddled piece of hard work!
