I'm not sure how long it will be down, but hopefully it will be back in a week or two (the design will look the same for awhile longer than that, but the guts of the site will be relpaced in the meantime). The design's done and HTML-ified, but I still have to get a stylesheet going, and finish my part of the PHP coding process. I'm not really the decisionmaker, but we should be up-ish hopefully in a week.
