:confused: Do you like the new SW games more than the old ones? I know that the new ones are very well done, but still I think that the original ones are always the best. What's your opinion? :fett:

While there have been some excellent titles in recent years, I'm still very fond of the original Jedi Knight and X-Wing Alliance though. n.n

Agreed. I just can't get into the prequel-era somehow; there's this sense of "been there, done that."

I'm still hoping against hope for an NJO-era game.

dark forces, jedi knight & tie fighter and the other classics will always have a special place in my heart. but IMO kotor is best star wars game yet, and its hard not to get excited about KOTOR II, battlefront and republic commando

It's really hard for me to choose, I really wish you had made an undecided option. But if I really had to choose one, I'd choose newer (barely) just because the games are more advanced and add more customization and the ability to create characters and stuff. Still though, I wish they'd make more games based on the movies (now that the saga's finished, they should really make a multi-console game where you play through all the movies).

I'd have to agree... Graphics make the game so much more entertaining... and newer games have the better graphics. I like the older games... I still play them too. But I play the newer ones much more.

Having not played the 'old' ones, I cannot say..

I really love some of the old games, like Force Commander, Mysteries of the Sith, TIE Fighter, Dark Forces, and even Podracer. Of course, I love KotOR, Outcast, The Sith Lords, and many newer ones too. I'm not willing to decide. :D

I actually have the same opinion. The trend with games theses days is the new ones don't get to maintain the “formula” of the original ones which make them at times very disappointing
