the only way i think u can get it is by cheating...
I believe that it was an item that was just left out so you have to cheat for it but I'm not sure
You got that if you are playing Light-side in Kashyyyk. I got the amulet there, nothing too precious I think, i prefer Upari & Solari... and the Dragon Pearl.
I don't think that you can get it without cheating. I played dark, light and "grey" and never got it. But I read something about it. As far as I remember it was originally the reward from the wookie you meet in the shadowlands when you bring him the head of the Mandalorian leader. I think you get a sword from him instead.
