Holowan cloakworks is a mod that will allow you to equip your pc with the sith uniform and it's available here:

Well that's not possible. The only way to get something close to what you want would be to retexture existing clothes\armor and make them look like the Sith uniform. i'm not sure you'll find someone to do this.

You can do it. All you have to do is place N_SithComM in the model an tex column of the PC you are useing
