Kyle Katarn mentiones to Luke that you ran into cultists and some of Desaan's leftover Reborn. Can anyone tell the difference? I mean, what do the reborn look like now? They obviously don't look like they used to.
The reborn look the same.
But there are new ones who kind of look like ninja.

Technical difficulties- anytime I try to click on

Err, they're not links, they're pictures. Do you have the option disabled to show pictures or something?
Kyle mentioned that the Reborn (in JK2) felt a little "strange" in the Force (forget his exact words), due to their accelerated Force sensitivity from the Valley of the Jedi.
The Cultists are also "force enhanced" but their power comes from the Sceptor of Ragnos, so perhaps they also had a different "feel."
Then again they also may have had other signifying "marks" that made them easier to distinguish, like body tattoos, fighting styles in training, the type of lightsabers they carried, etc.
TK, you were right. Once I reset my web browser to accept all cookies, I was able to view the pics. Thanks for the help everyone, especially TK, that was exactly the answer I was looking for.
