EBGames has removed the Sam and Max 2 pre-order page, and so has Amazon. :(

Bad sign, now the hope is pretty much blown to shreds, as if it wasn't already.

Not that it matters, but they did have free shipping albeit slow-I-think-I'll-play-soccer-with-your-package shipping.

The $10 I'm willing to pay for shipping shows my devotion of my willingness to purchase this game!!

Or stupidity.

Whichever.

Edit: Actually, now that I think about it, I think I got 2nd day or something.

They moved the release date two days before? What kind of crap is that? Most places just realized it was cancelled and took it off the preorder page.

Thats the day before my birthday!! Yippee, its like taking candy away from a kid and having him cry for a month and then giving him the candy back the day before his birthday so he can jump up and down like monkey. This is seriously the way I'm feeling about this game!

Until we hear an official apology from Lucasarts ("Due to recent extreme public pressure, we have decided to reinstate Sam and Max 2 into production"), which we will, I wouldn't trust those pre-order dates. The dates could jump around everywhere.

It actually made it up to the 28th of this month. It seemed as though that every day that passed, it got one day closer (as in on the 1st, EBGames said the 30th; 2nd, the 29th; and so on. It has actually been doing that for about two weeks now.

Until today.

*sigh* Oh well. I was so upset, I took the money that I was going to spend on the game, and bought a MINI Cooper. (I was never too good at math.)

EDIT:

Oops... posted first, read later. Sent a few hours earlier:
