Only problem is, I have to have the movie saved to my computer, and I can't do that with quicktime. With that one, I just used the downloadable version from the site (the really big one) and sized it down.

until seeing the whole thing as a gif i didn't realise how many frames there was. when i was making my avatar the first one had 20 frames but was way over the 20kb limit so i had to delete half the frames.
