Q3Map2 has been supporting JA from a long time before the official GTK release of the mapping tools for it. YDNAR added support as soon as he could.

in the one i have you can only choose jk2 directory or soldier of fortune
The new one (
http://planetquake.com/hro/webs/q3map2toolz.htm) lets you define your own game settings. So it is easy to configure for JA. ;)

Livingdeadjedi it is a bug on fileplanet. Just refresh the page and it works.
yeah, i had to register to get it, then i went to the main page, and reput in the address for the file, then it worked. Then it took me a while to get it working for JA... but i got it :D
