I wanted to know which parts to equip the robot t-3 with so it can hack ito computers without using any spikes i only know how to keep his computer skills high...but which parts!

Computer Probe - Computer Skill +2
requires droid upgrade class 1

Advanced Computer Tool - Computer Use +4
requires droid upgrade class 2

Universal Computer Interface - Computer Use +6
requires droid upgrade class 3

Also, you can use more than one. So basically, T3 can have computer skill of whatever he has already +12.
